All used for a month, has nero, dvix, microsoft word, microsoft office, aol, media center, dvix, real player, media player 11, internet explorer 7, avg anti virus, windows defender, picasa 2 photo editing software, windows movie maker, windows photo viewer, windows dvd maker, but Nero is better and more just can’t remember. So how much do you think I can get? and how much should I sell it for?

here are the parts.
Computer in bedroom has movies, pics and music on it. I want to be able to stream the movies and pics to my HDTV in the living room(unreachable with wires) and the music to the reciever for the speakers in celing which is in the Kitchen. I also want to be able to stream the sound from the HDTV to the receiver in the kitchen.
-What hardware/software should I use? I want to do this on a budget too.
Ultimately I want to have a media center pc for the living room which i will be building slowly,but for now i have to deal with this

How do I stream the sound to the reciever in the kitchen from my pc, in the bedroom, and the HDTV in the living room?
