Well, the 2 GB of DDR2 is good.
However, the processor is... not so good. What socket is it? If it's 939 then it'll be worth less than an AM2 socket processor.
Next, that 7300 GT... is definitely not a 'gaming computer' piece of hardware. You might fool a buyer, but don't try to pass that off as a good gaming card here. Next, you didn't list a motherboard, which is also quite important.
Anyways, if you are good you might be able to spin this off in such a way that it would appear to be a very good computer. Although I'd never actually buy this comp (have my own and I'm happy with it), I think you should list it at $600 CAD/565 USD. However, you might not sell it for that price... I think that $500 CAD/470 USD is a slightly more realistic price you could actually sell it for.

that is about 800 tops
i personally woudn't pay too much more than 800 if that.
the extras are what make it that much.
i have the same computer basically
except my AMD is running at 2.8ghz (dual core)
i have 2 7800GTs
and 500 gigs of RAM
I would be lucky to sell it at 1000
Edit: Blaze B has a pretty good point.
i'm not sure what your wireless keyboard and mouse is
but now that i take a better look at it.
your whole setup won't sell for much more than 600 bucks to a person who knows some sort of computer knowledge.
The thing is that, since you are selling with all thse software in it already, even though most of them are free, all your personal information is still in it.
so basically you need to clear (format) your entire flash drive somehow keeping vista in there
because vista can only be used once no matter what.
and then you would have to download all that stuff you have which gets spyware and stuff in there making your already slow computer, a little bit slower

You can only hard wire the VGA from your computer to the TV and the audio has to be hard wired to unless your running apples air port. This can be achieved through cat-5 cables with VGA adapters . I would call a professional installer in the phone book or go to best buy or a custom home theater company. To stream the video either a wireless computer that accesses the PC that is hooked up with the VGA and sound.
Good luck.

Your speaker should have 3 jack usually green, pink and black...try to find these colors on the back of your computer;s case...if you can't find these ports, you can't use yous speaker on this computer because your sound card doesn't support 5.1 channel speakers.

You need to buy some accessories from a good electrical store. In the UK, Maplins will be best, in the US try something like City Electrics. You need a box that can take one or two inputs and many outputs or you might just get away with a cheap jack plug converter (to change the size of the plug). Anyway, it is best for you to go to a good store and see what you would prefer and how much you are willing to pay for your choice.

the problem is indeed the high power radiofrequency signal generated by the cellphone
you can eliminate this by using a well shielded cable for the cable modem, and for it's conexion to the pc..and using a grounded outlet..aventually even ground the modem cable itself

The reason you hear the cell phone buzz through the speaker is because of the digital signal. It will cause any speaker and your monitor/televison to buzz when signals are received. The only thing you can really do to prevent this is to keep your cell phone away from your speakers. Also, beware when using head phones in the same manner! The interference can be deafening and can cause hearing problems. At the very least, ruin your head phones. Trust me, I've been there. As for losing your connection, again, it is because of the signal interference. You aren't going to solve this by adjusting the modem. This is a problem in the wireless connection. I found that sometimes by using the wireless monitor program that comes with home routers, you can switch channels. You might want to try that and if all else fails, like I asid, keep the cell phone away from the PC.
